These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Joy11 when you use our platform. Joy11 is strictly for players aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you must not register, deposit, or place any bets on this platform. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.

Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
Your Joy11 account login credentials – your mobile number and password – are your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. Joy11 will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Joy11 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp so we can secure your account promptly.
Joy11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an extra layer of protection and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account and funds.

New Joy11 players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised at the time of registration. The welcome bonus matches a percentage of your first deposit up to a stated maximum. Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
All bonus funds awarded by Joy11 carry wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement on Joy11 bonuses is 30 times (30×) the bonus amount, unless an individual promotion states otherwise. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires you to place bets totalling Rs 1,50,000 using the bonus funds before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the individual promotion.
Joy11 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus conversions, exploiting promotional mechanics in ways that were not intended by Joy11, and placing opposing bets on the same event to neutralise risk while progressing wagering requirements. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account closed.
Joy11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email or mobile number registered to their Joy11 account with reasonable notice where possible. However, Joy11 is not liable for any losses resulting from a promotion being amended or withdrawn.

All game outcomes on Joy11 – including but not limited to slots, crash games, roulette, virtual sports, and Ludo dice – are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For live and pre-match cricket betting, Joy11 publishes odds that reflect the probability of outcomes as assessed by Joy11's pricing team. Odds are subject to change at any time before or during a match in response to unfolding events. Bets already placed at a stated odds value will be honoured at that value unless the event is declared void under the terms set out in Section 5.4.
In the event of a technical fault that affects the outcome of a game, Joy11 reserves the right to void bets placed during the period of the malfunction and refund the stakes to the players' accounts. Joy11 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the original stake amount. This applies to server outages, software errors, and connectivity issues.
Joy11 reserves the right to declare a bet or event void and return stakes in the following circumstances: match abandoned or postponed beyond the period permitted by the specific sport rules; technical fault as described above; evidence that the event result has been corrupted by outside interference; or any other circumstance that renders a fair settlement impossible.

In cases of suspected fraud, accounts may be locked immediately pending investigation.
You may close your Joy11 account at any time by contacting support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Requests to close an account are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance in your wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds having been met or the bonus being forfeited.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Joy11 reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts to cover administrative costs, up to a maximum of the remaining account balance. Joy11 will attempt to notify players before dormancy fees begin by contacting the mobile number or email registered to the account.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
Joy11 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform beyond what is expressly set out in these Terms. This includes losses resulting from your own decision to place a bet, losses resulting from a third-party payment provider's failure, and losses resulting from any interruption to service outside Joy11's control. Joy11's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month is limited to the amount that player has deposited in that month.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
